Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at hello@madebylottie.co.uk and we'll get back to you with instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first as we may be unable to process your return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives faulty or damaged, in which case we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately at hello@madebylottie.co.uk if your item is faulty, damaged, or if you've received the wrong item. We'll always do our best to put things right quickly.

Non-returnable items

As our bracelets are wearable items, we can only accept returns if the item is unworn and in its original packaging. We're unable to accept returns on items that show signs of wear.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different item, simply return your original purchase once your return has been accepted and place a new order. Contact us at hello@madebylottie.co.uk and we'll guide you through the process.

UK Consumer Rights

As a UK-based customer you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason. Your item must be returned unworn and in its original packaging. Please contact us at hello@madebylottie.co.uk to initiate a cancellation.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank may take additional time to process the payment. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved please contact us at hello@madebylottie.co.uk.
