Shipping Policy

Where do we ship to?

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future - sign up to our mailing list to be notified when we do.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum spend required.

How long does delivery take?

All orders are dispatched from England within 1-2 working days of your order being placed. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2-3 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your parcel's journey.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed Monday to Friday are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched 1-2 days after the next working day.

What if my order hasn't arrived?

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch please contact us at hello@madebylottie.co.uk and we'll look into it straight away.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately at hello@madebylottie.co.uk with a photo of the damage and we'll put it right for you.
